General Provisions
bag33 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bag33 and each registered user ("Member") of the platform.
These Terms apply to all services, games, betting, bonuses, promotions, and other activities on bag33. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms.
bag33 reserves the exclusive right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance via their account or email for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirements
The following eligibility criteria are required to use bag33's services:
- You must be 21 years of age or older (this platform is for 21+ only).
- You must be able to operate a valid account in your own name.
- You are betting or gaming with your own funds and those funds come from a legitimate source.
- You are not enrolled in any recognized gaming addiction rehabilitation program and are not on a self-exclusion list, either voluntarily or placed by bag33.
- You are legally eligible to use this platform and are aware of the applicable laws in your area.
bag33 reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any member. Accounts may be temporarily restricted during verification. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and in such cases the account will be closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
Account Registration
Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when opening an account on bag33. All information submitted during registration must be truthful and up to date.
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
3.2 Identity Verification
bag33 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Members must cooperate in a timely manner.
3.3 Updating Information
Any changes to registered information must be reported to bag33 immediately. The member bears full responsibility for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.
Account Security
Ensuring the security of your bag33 account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:
- Keep your password strong and unique — do not use the same password on any other site.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party.
- End your session after logging in from an unfamiliar device.
- If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify bag33 immediately.
bag33 is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by bag33's negligence.
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on bag33 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds must be sent from the member's own legitimate account. Payments sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
5.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Funds will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit or to the member's own verified account.
Please Note: Completing account verification before making a withdrawal is mandatory. Withdrawal requests will not be approved without identity verification.
5.3 Transaction Cancellation
Once a deposit request is completed it cannot be cancelled. A member may cancel a withdrawal request before processing begins. Cancellation is not possible after processing has started.
5.4 Suspicious Transactions
If suspicious financial activity is detected, bag33 reserves the right to suspend the relevant transaction and investigate further. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, bag33 is obligated to notify the relevant authorities.
Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on bag33 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳42,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳62,000.
6.2 Wagering Requirement
Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) must be wagered before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is activated.
- bag33 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers without notice.
- Bonus claims made using multiple accounts, proxies, or VPNs will be cancelled.
- If any manipulation or abuse is detected with the intent of exploiting bonus benefits, the account will be closed.
6.4 Other Promotions
bag33 may offer additional promotions and deals from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General bonus terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activities on bag33 are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to all members:
7.1 Sports Betting
Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets will be settled based on the outcome of a specific event. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
7.2 Casino Games
bag33's live casino and slot games are powered by software from recognized game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI, and others). The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
7.3 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a gaming session, bag33 reserves the right to void the bet for that round and refund the amount. Incorrect results displayed due to a technical error will not stand and bag33 reserves the right to correct them.
7.4 Suspicious Betting
If unusual betting patterns, match fixing, or manipulation are suspected, bag33 may void the relevant bets and investigate the account.
VIP Program
bag33's VIP Program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
VIP cashback is credited to the member's account every week. VIP tier benefits may be changed at bag33's discretion. VIP tier status may be reduced due to inactivity.
bag33 reserves the right to remove any member from the VIP Program if it is proven that the member has violated these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bag33:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Artificial betting with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
- Using software bots, automation tools, or any technical advantage.
- Any attempt to hack, crack, or undermine the security of the platform.
- Conducting transactions using third-party accounts or payment methods.
- Money laundering, fraud, or any other deceptive activities.
- Harassing or intimidating bag33 staff or other members.
- Providing illegal services to third parties through the platform.
If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, bag33 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Suspension or Closure by bag33
bag33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraud or deception.
- Failure or non-cooperation in identity verification.
- Direction from a regulatory body or law enforcement authority.
10.2 Closure by Member
Any member may request to close their account through the support team. All wagering requirements must be met before the account is closed. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of the closure request may be withdrawn.
10.3 Balance of Suspended Accounts
If an account is closed by bag33 due to prohibited activity, the associated balance may be fully or partially forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation.
Responsible Gaming
bag33 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an entertaining activity and should never cause financial or mental harm.

Results determined by the game software's RNG are final. However, exceptions will be considered if a technical error is proven.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant applicable law. All services of bag33 are operated in accordance with the policies of a safe and reliable platform.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be contrary to applicable law, that part will be removed, but the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full effect.
